The Four Pillars

TCG Teaching System Architecture · Empire Build L1 · Established 26 Mar 2026

Every ClickUp event register contains the complete lesson plan. When you open a class register, everything needed to teach that session is right there — what’s being taught, the movement breakdowns, the teaching sequence. The whole system is dynamic: change a lesson plan, the registers update. Adjust pacing from student feedback, the calculator adjusts.

The Foundation: People Layer Future phase

The four pillars exist to serve the people in the room. This is the foundation everything stands on — who’s enrolled, who’s attending, who’s absent, who needs support. Customer first.

Connects Kartra (enrolment), the Absence Register, event register attendees, and student feedback. The feedback loop flows back from the people to the pillars — their experience shapes pacing, lesson plans, and content.

Content Layer — the foundation
Partially built

Every movement across every form, broken down into Master Tary’s step structure. Two views: Movement Pages (indexed by movement, step-by-step breakdown) and Lesson Pages (indexed by session, what’s taught that day).

Serves both the instructor (register reference) and the student (online portal). This is the pedagogical DNA — the how of each movement.

Design phase

Groups movements into sessions with teaching approach, order, and practice activities. References Movement Library entries — doesn’t duplicate them. Not just “Lesson 7 of SBSS2” but “Lesson 7: Movements 13–14, review of Section 4, standing practice.”

When a lesson plan changes, the respective register entries update automatically.

v1.1 built

Maps lesson plan structure onto real calendar dates, accounting for closures, holidays, and venue schedules. Uses confirmed historical pacing data — evidence-based, never gut-feel estimates.

11 curriculum forms confirmed from historical event register analysis (26 Mar 2026). Three pacing modes discovered and validated across multiple venues and seasons.

Takes the calendar from Pillar 3 and the content from Pillars 1 and 2, and populates ClickUp event register tasks with everything: curriculum-coded name, date, status, season tag, and the full lesson plan in the description.

When you open any register task, everything needed to teach that session is right there. Dynamic — changes to lesson plans or pacing ripple through to registers automatically.

Confirmed Pacing Data

Qigong Mode

3 movements per lesson, grouped naturally. Fast teaching, generous practice. ~50% of sessions are review/integration.

SBSS1 · SBSS2 · SBSS3

Health Qigong Mode

~1 movement per lesson plus section reviews. Total sessions ≈ movement count + 30%.

HQD12 · HQYJJ · HQ4VI

Tai Chi Mode

~1 movement per lesson. Complex movements get extra sessions. Total ≈ movements × 1.2–1.5.
